About the Mountain Reflection Women's Yoga Retreat


Allow yourself to step back from day-to-day demands for a journey of self-reflection, growth, laughter, and relaxation.  At this yoga retreat, you will feel like a grown-up at sleep away camp where you are encouraged to be yourself, to discover the powers of nature, to surround yourself with a loving community, and to have a blast along the way.

Along with the opportunity to play in the gorgeous glacial waters of Grand Lake or enjoy a quiet hike among the aspens, this retreat offers daily yoga, meditation, workshops, connecting with like-minded women, and delicious community meals. A true gift to yourself.

This four-day, three-night women’s yoga retreat is perfect for the beginner or advanced yogini. I invite you, incredible woman, to join me at the eco-friendly mountain sanctuary Shadowcliff Lodge where I will be your hostess and guide. Come nurture your body, spirit, and mind.
