Yama Yoga offers a yoga practice ranging from gentle to vigorous, depending on the individual's health, mental, physical and spiritual goals and ability level. At Yama Yoga, we are pleased to offer a group, private (one-on-one), semi-private, and workspace (i.e. corporate) lessons and is willing to customize the practice based on the group or individual goals. The different styles offered include:
- great for the beginner yogi - less vigorous and great foundation
- more vigorous, faster pace - great for all ranges from beginner to advanced
- great for the expecting mother at any stage in her pregnancy and after
- focuses on holding postures to allow a deeper release rather than a flowing practice, meditative
- any style yoga offered in the work place
– Kids can do yoga too and is beneficial and done in simplistic and fun way!
